Well this past week alot has been going on around here, lots of wheeling and dealing. First off, ended up going to a sale last week to bid on a 2005 John Deere 567 baler since the 535 is starting to get up there in the bale count and has basically ran its course for us. Ended up getting the 567 for $18,000, which is a pretty good deal due to it only has 1200 bales on it! After that we pulled the 535 to a consignment and got 3500 out of it, which isnt great but isnt bad, its definetely been a great baler and i hope the 567 does as well as the 535 did. Here is a pic of it. The next great news is our White 6195 is SOLD!! Ended up having a neighbor who wanted to buy it which it took some convincing for my grandma to give in as it was my grandpas tractor before he passed away. It just seemed like it was the biggest lemon we had ever operated with, always broke down. We also only used it for tillage and due to the switch to no-till it never even came out of the shed last year. We are kind of hoping to trade in the other white (8410) for a JD 4955 or 4960 which will be able to do all the things both of those tractors did. 8410= Drilling, planting, Graincart. 6195= Disking, Ripping, and Field Cultivator. 4955=All of those jobs with no break downs! lol

Great buy on the 567. It turns out that last year when we bought our 567 we bought it for 18,000! lol small world. I would assume that the 4955s were decent tractors as every-other sound guard we have owned has been! On a side note. Do you know when you will hit the fields? we are hoping to monday *crossing fingers*

Sounds like a good deal on the baler Marc. Good luck with finding your replacement tractor.
