The start of the week Jeff got a call asking if he could haul 120 head of Brown Swiss Cattle for New Mexico, to Iowa. Since Jeff already had the load headed to Illinois of the 6030's so he pawned the job off on some of his other drivers. They used the Homestead pen to feed, and water the cows as a way point. Chris Drove the Land Yacht up to Illinois to grab Jeff, and go to the Lafayette toy show, while in the area they stopped by a couple of farms that , had some stuff listed on Craigslist for sale. A farm in Ohio, had a F450 Flatbed, and the Farm in Michigan had another Kawasaki Mule. We did end up buying either, but we did have a nice visit with both farms, and a good time at the show. Back home the Fire Season has started, so we have pulled the equipment out, and have it stage close to the house. Over at CRR, while Jeff was at the Guy that restores the 6030's there was one, that had been finished for a while that the guy back out on, so he called The Professor, and asked if he wanted it he would haul it home for free. He jumped on the it, because he has always wanted one. Because the fire season, the Chief has to of the trucks staged on the farm for faster response.

Man that 6030 looks good. I'm a Case guy but the 6030 is one of my favourite tractors. I really like the old Cadillac car as well
