Dawn, and Chris are back in town. Dawn headed right to the Homestead to unload the puppies, see was met in the driveway by Cody in his new toy, with RDD Manure Spreader in tow. When Mel saw Dawn in the drive she came running out to meet her. Dawn stated I can't believe Cody is getting his tractor dirty. To which Mel replied he has been good to his word about finding work to make his payment, I think it is mostly because he is afraid if he doesn't his sister will kill him.
Dawn asked who's JW talking to, Cody said Jarrod Mac in back in town. Mel said yeah with, him in town, and a bowl game on the TV tonight we may as well find something to do tonight, and tomorrow because the guys are going to try to act like they are still in college tonight.
Over at CRR, Lisa's Mother stayed in town to go house shopping with Lisa, and Mrs.Johnson. Tommy was asked in there anything special he want in a new place, he said yeah, at least 80 acres, and a good little shop.
Down on the Dairy, Jim had back a feeder in the quarantine pen so the could stop having to hand feed the heifers since they still have one to two more weeks in there.
Larry, and the guys were finishing up the afternoon milking when they heard something pull in the drive. It was Chris with their new Milk truck asking where do you want me to drop this, Larry answer over by the shop, I'll be over once we finished up.
Jose was happy to see his new truck, and was mad because Chris had not tarped it, say this is the dirtiest she will ever be again.
Larry just laughed, and said you want to see Tommy's first command decision? When the accounant said we needed to spend a some I asked Tommy what piece he felt was no most need of replacing he stated we need a new pile tractor. So here she is, running the shop door up.
Chris said the decal on the blade in already messed up, Larry said yeah they had been hauling the whole rig to Farm Shows, so we got a good deal on it. Then had Jose pull it out so they could get a better view.
