Well, sadly my grandpa (whom I've never met before, oddly enough) passed away a couple months ago. They auctioned off his estate last saturday, and he left his 5020 to me! (and my family I guess... LOL) Here are a couple pics of it and the auction. I'll put up more pics of the equipment on the auction soon, just didn't have time to tonight. Me on the 5020 (disregard the dorky T-shirt. LOL) Sure makes the 4030 look small Need a gun? LOL Lots of people. The auction took over 6 hours, and there were 2 different auction rings going most of the time. And here's a pic of a sign that I helped paint and put up for our FFA chapter. This year my family rented 20 acres to our chapter. We're growing popcorn on it and it looks really good! (the other half of the FFA motto is on the other side of the sign) Jay

wow farmerguy that thing is in beautiful shape. i see an old M1 Garand that could fetch a hefty sum of money on the market. i see a few that could be worth a few bucks as well.

Man that 5020 looks darn good! Didn't realize you still had any land and equipment from when your family farmed. From the tractors I can see at the auction looks like your definitely got the best pick of the lot. Hope it runs good for you, and it would sure look great with a chrome straight pipe on it!

Thanks guys. There were I think 65 guns, along with knives that he made himself, and 2 hand grenades! LOL I don't know much about guns, but there were several mousers, 30-06s and A lot of older ones with saddle rings (I think there was a 30-30 with a saddle ring)
There was also a 4520, 4020, 2155, and a 2010 on the auction.

if he had a few Mousers, id say keep one for yourself. the German made Mouser K98 is one of the best rifles ever produced. a few hand grenades you say? well if you ever need to clean out the back of a cement truck, toss one in and RUN! aahaha
