Somebody thought I needed one more thing to do so dad and my sisters boyfriend found 300 acs of beans up around Wilcox Neb. for me to go cut. The good thing was most of it was irrigated and realy good runnin. Had some breakdowns that cost us a few days other than that things went pretty good. We just took the combine and the enddump, when we got behind the farmer let us use his tandem. He also ran his grain cart for us so we didnt have to take ours all the way up there. finishing one field getting ready to move pullin into the next field brand new 2588 runnin in the back ground. sorry ya cant see it real well. grain cart loading our end dump some cool pics I thought. the irrigated beans made close to 70 and we cut some dryland ones that made 62. We got moved back home and started on ours thursday should finish tomm with some good luck. So far we've had mixed results. One field made 46 and everything else has been in the low 30s(all dry land) not to bad for our area. I was hoping for better but so goes farmin. Thanks for lookin. Dustin

Nice pics. Did you get Amy to take pics for you? Glad to see that bad boy in action. Did your Dad wash his truck? It looks shinier than normal. ;D Better show us some pics when you get that bad boy into milo.

the Lex is a monster, when its runnin, we've had some issues with it. Couple of major breaks and little, agrevating, annoying things that cost an hour or two. The dealer pretty much took it straight from the previous owners shed and brought it to us. Didnt even grease the darn thing, but were finally getting those little bugs worked out. But man its a beast. Yeah the old man stoped at some truck wash in Omaha on his way home from choppin corn in Iowa and got the old girl all clean and shined up. She dosent look to bad now, just easier to see all the rust spots. lol. Milo and that machine has me scared, we're runnin 30ft flex, at 5-6 mph, in 40 bu/ac beans, haulin around 10 mls. cuttin 12-14 acs/hr. and barely keepin trucks under it. 120 bu milo will be a nightmare unless we find a couple more trucks. even thinking of pullin the freightshaker off the road for a few days to help out. Of course thats if the darn combine will run without breaking. Danielle came out a couple of days and took the pics.
