Why not run a real stalk shredder insted of a flail mower? You get laughed at around here if you try to cut corn stalks with a grass mower.

jacob: some places its really hard to come by a stalk chopper. like here in indiana not many people do it so its a lot easier to just use a mower. when purdue did a study on corn residue their first year they used a mower cuz they couldnt find a choppper.
chris that pic of the 4650 on the cart where its sideways is awesome!! id have it printed and hung up. ur a pretty good photographer.

We have 2 10" augers. the 4030 is o the shorter one and the 4440 is on the longer one.
Tom you will have to call me when your back in town!
Jake we only chopped 25 acres as we are putting it to wheat.
