sorry this is kinda late but had some DA gum computer problems.
This month was just maintenance and odd jobs, the co-op that we had our contract for tobacco with sent a letter and told us that we didn't have a contract no more, we were planning on cutting back this year any way.
we attended an estate auction not to far from the home farm we picked up a open station 1270 agri king that needed some hydraulic work we gave $5,500 for it pretty nice tractor
they also had a 2000 model f 350 regular cab w/dual stacks needed a bigger truck so we don't have to take the Pete every where that ole f250 we got has just about had its days, we picked this up for $4,000, they said it needs new glow plugs and mabey a set of injectors....idk yet
also got a grain auger hopper so no more tarps and shovels..got it for $300
other things from the auction..
odd things we did throughout the month
looked over the bushog
diagnosed the new tractor was the outlets they were bad
hauled some junk
off to feed cows
blew out a u joint so fixed that
bushhoggin some pasture land
