Here is the farm i work on.... We milk over 1,000 cows, and farm well over 10,000 acres of ground....

there is the spread of the crops...

4,500 acres of corn
3,000 of hay
1,400 of wheat
1,400 of soybeans
400 of oats which is seeded down too
700 acres of string beans which we are on a contract with Seneca foods with

i have a question how deep are yall pulling that chisel to need that much power

G & G farms: We run the chisel plows all the way in the ground.... and some of the ground here gets really really hard..

Huskergleanerkid: the deeper the better... Corn needs moisture to grow so we believe go run everything as deep as we can go....
