After about a month without rain we finally got about 1.5 inches last weekend. This was just the moisture shot we had been waiting for to finally get the soybeans in. Everyone started rolling toward the end of the week.
Caught some vintage iron action on Thursday.
Next a 1086 showed up with the hippers to make the rows.
The 1486 continued running the disk on the back section of the field.
Planting with the JD 4020 and IH 1066
We got rolling on Friday. Being that time was of the essence I decided two make two planting teams. One consisted of the 8640 and the red wing disk and the Magnum with the packer planter combo.
Turning around on one of the corners.
The other team consisted of the 8630 running the green disk , the 9270 on the bedleveler, and the 4755 on the planter.
