I threw this together with supplies around the house. Did this one afternoon a couple years ago... I think I was 8 or 9. Anyway the base is a piece of cardboard painted several times, the swath is modeling clay painted and textured, the pick-up head is an old rubber belt and thin cardboard. I know the photography is not the best but thats because my room in the basement has bad lighting and the camera is an old cheap digital from like 2002. Comments are welcome. Attachments:

Thanks, I used to actually play farm when I was little and always needed some kind of equipment, so I learned how to build my own somewhat. The head is just a piece of rubber belt with wheels from a broken John Deere cultivator and some cardboard, It used to have copper wire wind guards but those broke of very quickly.

Did you ever make toys out of legos? I used to do that all the time. Augers, side dressers, tile plows, all made out of legos

O YES! I made land rollers, augers [out of K-Nex], whole maure companies: pumps, draglines, injectors [even had a dragline made of yarn]. I once made a folding harrow from tape, fence pieces, and a cultivator that had lost all its shovels and wings. Nevermind the custom sprayer outfit I made out of random pieces of lego and other odds and ends. Those were the good days. Attachments:
