This is my neighbor's custom chopping setup [Skyline Harvesting], a few years back. Last year they replaced the older truck with a KW, traded in the FX60 on an FR9060 and put Trelleborge tires on the rest of their fleet. Attachments:

Here comes the next truck, that old thing barely runs so they only fill it half way. Attachments:

Nice pictures. I'd love to see a large silage chopping operation in person.

It's not that large, they have 2 9352i 25ft double-windrow swathers, five tandems, a TJ435 with 16ft blade and FR9060. Well now that I say that it does seem a little big. My dad has driven truck for them and swathed for them. They mostly just do the field work for a local dairy farm with about 600-700 cows.

Nice pictures. I have always liked silage operations. I just wish that I could see at least one chopper chopping in person since I have never seen anyone chop. We used to have an IH 550 with a "modified" 1000 pto and a 3788 2+2 pulling it.

Nice, I've ridden with them once or twice while my dad was truckin. Haven't been able to have a ride on their FR9060 yet though. But they're the only ones that chop within 20-30miles of where I live, so I don't see anybody chopping very often either.
