yeah cause thats where the exaust line is under the truck.. You can buy elbows to run it out to the side of the box but if you dont wanna spend the extra money then you just cut a 6in hole in the bed and run some flex pipe up off the original exhaust. its actually little to the right of the middle. it would be right beside the rear sliding window if it had one

yeah if I had dual stacks the there is a Y pipe that comes out of the same spot I got the single stacks now. the it has some staight pieses and the 2 elbows on either side of the box. The stack I got in there now may need to be moved to the right a tad bit more.
