Your new fuel truck sure looks better than the old one.
Whats the story on the tractor in the last picture? I see that its a high crop (in kansas?) and not one of the 4 tires match.

Thanks guys. Your new fuel truck sure looks better than the old one. Whats the story on the tractor in the last picture? I see that its a high crop (in kansas?) and not one of the 4 tires match. The old truck isn't even comparable to the new one. It was a total pile. I am not sure what the story is on the high crop. I was told Nelson Farms up by Long Island owns it. It was down at the dealership to be worked on. The were going to have to split it but they were going to have to make special stands to do it. ;D

Thanks guys. Hey Clayton I am really enjoying your pictures, i love seeing the older iron. Is there alot of stuff sitting around that guys don't use anymore. Yeah there is a lot of old equipment and stuff sitting around that people have quit using. I may have to take my camera with me when we get going good this spring and do a tree row series of pics.

Really nice pics Clayton. I see a lot of front blades on tractors there, whats the reason for that?

I guess I have never thought about the 2 wheel drive tractors with blades. It is pretty common here. I guess they put the blades on them since that is what they have. A lot of them get used to push snow and do minor dirt work.

I really like those pictures. It seems like everyone uses a wide range of colors and ages of tractors and equipment to get the job done right. I really like seeing the older equipment and miscellaneous items laying around the farm yard, gives me some ideas for my displays. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad you guys liked the pics. When I get busy running fuel again this spring I will have to take my camera again and get more pics. I shoud take some pics of some of the tree rows with old equipment in them and some of the stuff laying around. I always like those displays that Anthony used to do with the weeds and rough machinery. There are a lot of farms around here that are like that.

Your 70 is FWD? Is that after market or stock?

It is a rare option. ;D ;D It doesn't have fwa. When I got it it had old bias ply truck tires on the front and they were shot. My Father in law had those tires sitting in a shed. He had bought them on an auction for a little bit of nothing. So I put them on my tractor since they were cheap. ;D
