For size, how does it compare to an Ertl Ford F250 of similar vintage? I'd love to see some side by side pics, if possible. Stellar work as usual. James

What's the name of the color on the truck? My dads f250 has a similar color.

the real one was wrecked before we bought it and the data tag is gone. the VIN says teal, i found out that duplicolor chrysler color BCC0392 Spruce Met (PPE,RPE) replaces DSCC392 is almost exact

For some reason that truck looks tiny hooked to that goose neck. Too bad Johnny Lightning made those so much smaller than actual 1/64.

That truck looks awesome. I have to keep coming back and looking at it. I hope I can get one to turn out half as good as that in a few weeks. I'm making an F150 and an F250 from the same era using the ertl casting (not extended cab, just regular).

Chas, what did you use for wheels and tires on that thing. And what size do the wheels scale out to be?

they scale out to be 31" and they are 1/87 scale semi rims and tires cant really help you on the brand i got these from a friend
