there is a F350 like that in town. I don't see the point in it since he can't even drive where most cars can in the winter its so low. Most use either coil-overs or air bags. Coil-overs are the cheaper route. A set of airbags can run you several thousand dollars.

Sure you can, just don't drive with them adjusted that low. See it all the time at car shows. Also have a place in town that is currently working on a Pontiac G8 that can either be slammed or a D/D. Obviously, you wouldn't want to drive one that low, or you would be bound to screw something up.

no way in hell can u have coil overs on a wb that long and get that low. now, ur g8 isnt 21' long so u can slam it. plus the gvw on a f350 is almost 2x more than ur car. you said you see this at CAR shows i have yet to see a dually with coils in the rear. LEAF SPRINGS are used to distribute weight on heavy vehicles. you can get flip shackle kits but you cant adjust the height once you do and half of the weight distribution charateristics are gone simple as that. on a stock height 1 ton frame with weight, if you hit potholes and bumps, not only i have seen but felt the frame bottom out on the bump stops on the axle.
...next....
