Very nice! Did you scratch build the box? I stretched a pete frame earlier this year and mounted up an 18' silage box. It's not done quite yet.

Thanks, yes the bed is scratch built. I have a couple surprises in January.
The frame is not quite to my standard. Looked good when I put it on top of my refrigerator to dry, came back to and it was a tad goofy. Normally I'd have taken it apart but this person wanted it for Christmas on short notice so it goes as is with no complaints from the buyer. Whew!

Dallas Guess I don't know what chicken lights are? There are several differences between the toy and truck. The customer is happy and I got pretty close:) They wanted the yellow and red stripe on it too but I could not make that come together and look right so it is not on. Thanks for the comments. Eric

lol. I have heard them called many different things too. Chicken lights: Lights under the cab and bunk. Called chicken lights because your "afraid of the dark" if you need them. But it still is a great model. New owner will be happy.

those are nice trucks where can i get a few of those at? also that truck with the forage box? or how u mount it to a truck? Cab came from www.ebay.com/sch/mrxtybx/m.html?item=380395594977&viewitem=&_trksid=p4340.l2562but I did not see any listed. The bed mounts this way. I take the sleeper off and put in a cab insert to cover the hole. Take of the 5th wheel plate off and use a power tool to smooth out the top of the frame. I take my dremel and cut out all the extra stuff on the inside of the frame so the hoist can move up and down. Cut the frame and stretch to desired length, paint. I make a frame the bed attaches too so once the cab is prepared, all I do it paint the box and frame, set it on the truck and done. I will look for photos of the process.

those trucks for sale or trade? That truck was sold before it was made. However, I would be happy to put together for you.
