Nice, pics! Gotta love those good old CIH corn heads, do just as nice a job as the new ones, maybe better lol. Nice 9670 too, good thing you got flat dirt round there, I would wanna push that 12 row up to many hills with a 9670. How fast does he run it?

Nice 9670 too, good thing you got flat dirt round there, I would wanna push that 12 row up to many hills with a 9670. How fast does he run it? i just did a light overhaul on that 1063 its about 20 years old one of the first 300 that came with the sealed water pump bearings i put all new knives on the stalk rolls and new gathering chains idlers and drives on it i run about 4.5 mph with it in 180-220 bpa corn the 9670 runs about 3.0 to 3.5 on average it is a nice machine but the only difference between it and a 9870 is horsepower (as far as i know) and just a touch light in the rear being 2wd as well they run a 35 foot hydraflex in beans that looks fun!!!!!I'd love to run cart and combine sometime. looks fun! im a combine operator thru and thru i love running it but i think i like running cart just as much not as much to concentrate on with the cart but its a wild ride in high yield corn and a challenge to keep the combine from stopping
