Thanks for the pix. 1,000s of acres of corn up this way. Some guys are starting to take it off before it gets too muddy. Heard the moisture for one guy was 17%. Went to Detroit Lakes yesterday and seen 3 combines going. The snow has settled a lot but along the edges the corn is still drifted over. There is bin site east of me that the farmer farms all over the place and has had 6 or more semis hauling all winter. He finished the soybeans the day we received the first major amount of snow. Hearsay is then he had 7,000+ acres of corn to start on. -20 below with the drier running and what a cloud of steam when it’s that cold and still out. Never had a camera with.

Ok, I have an idea were that is. I've heard lots of corn is left that way too. I talked to one from the Ulen area that they were going to try to do about 80 acres. They did about 60 acres a couple of weeks ago and it was still doing about 25% moisture.

No fireworks. They are only open for about 4-6 weeks before July 4.
