Good to see you guys are able to get into the field. Nice photos All in all, customer service doesn't really exist much anymore at any level whether its the wash bay kid or management.... Know one wants to take any responsibility for anything or have any pride in their work. The cold, sad truth. And the younger generations are just as bad My boss will say " If you don't have the experience you don't get hired. I won't stand for mistakes" But it's good to see that your dealer is at least trying to fix it.

I was told by my father at a young age "Treat everything like its your own" which i use for everything from washing to oil changes or anything else. Its a pride thing.

We bought a 2388 from Miller equip years ago (2007) and were always pleased with the service we got from the guys there. If they had a dealership closer to us we'd probably go back to them but being that the closest one is close to 4 hrs away. Probably not going to get a ton of our business.
By the way... Started seeding canola yesterday. Probably a new thread of pics coming at the next rainy spell, (forecasted for Friday)

We dealt with the Moosemin dealer intially but the combine actually came out of the Dauphin, Mb branch. They were happy to take our old 2188 on trade then wound up selling it to someone a couple hours west of us (out in the Hazenmore/Aneroid area). The old combine did a lot of traveling that year.
