I am new on here so please excuse me if this has been covered. I have seen some cool grain elevators in train displays at a toy train show they have in Mattoon, IL last Spring. Does anyone have one in their display's and could a pic be posted of it? I was thinking of building one as I work at one. thanks Cory

Here is mine, just a plain Ertl one. I just added 2 silos off to the side and a dryer.

Thanks for the input guys. I have looked through the archives and found a neat wooden elevator house i might mimic(not copy). I would like to make one that has some concrete silos. I might have to stock up on pringle cans. I also need to figure out how to make a continuous flow tower dryer. Using small bins would work, but don't know how to make catwalks. I might start with the ertl one like yours Samual and go from there.

I know its no where big enough for the large farm I'm doing, but it represents what the farm has. Standi offers a tower and all shapes of silos. Many guys goes that route to make their elevator set up.

Josh,
You have a great display. You have some flexibility to what you can do.
