The arm is scratch built took forever to get it just right. It will raise and lower swivel and I didn't show it in the picts but it will also extend to get those hard to reach bales. As far as the bales go they are dowel cut to size (what ever dia. you want and length) covered with white glue and tossed into a coffee can with green ground foam from the train store. Took about 10 min. to make the bales in the picts. If you have a belt sander it works best to sand the sharp edge of when you have them cut to size.
