I know a couple people use spray paint that looks rusty and just sprays a mist on it. They also take a tooth pick and some black paint the make it look like oil has been leaking. I havent done any weathering to any tractors yet, but i plan too.

I accidently did weathering and it worked great, I had a DCP drop deck on my old display with a bunch of dirt around it and I was clear coating some pavement and the clear coat blew some dust onto the flatbed and clear coated it on, didnt want that to happen bt it does look great!

One thing you can do with tillage implements is to put some silver paint on the blades, shanks, etc.

Do some google searching. I didnt save the website like an idiot but I found a model car forum that had some great instructions.
