I am wondering if there is a simple way to remove the state decal on the state tractors. I haven't bought one yet because I don't want the state decal on the tractor. Any help appreciated.

If i remember correctly the decal is painted on. So I guess the best way is to paint over it.

I didn't really want to paint over it because I probably wouldn't be able to match the paint.

Nail Polish remover, I use acetone because its what I have, but you have to be gentle to not take the paint with it..I use a q tip and put alittle on the end and rub gently until the decal is gone.

Thanks for then input guys. I think I have heard of using nail polish remover somewhere. If I buy a state tractor I will use that.

NON ACETONE nail polish remover. I use it all the time and it works great.

laquer thinner works the best for this. if you do it right it wont dull the paint like nail polish will. but be careful not to get it on clear plastic...will fog it up.
