I started with the header from the WDX2302 Case self propelled. First I cut the wheels off of an old case ih planter I had and mounted them on the back. I cut apart an old cultivator to use as the hitch. That took some time figuring out the right angle. I used tubed brass for the pto shaft and square for the pto housing. I used syriene plastic to make the box on top of the hitch and I used black coated wire for the belt driven reel. I used the same wire and mounted them on the ends. I took the decals off an old mixer I had to match the era the swather is from. Took me about 5 and a half hours - but worth it - I am really happy with the end result. Thanks for asking!

You should have side-cutters and a swath roller. Now that would be a sweet setup!
