Remembered seeing one of these when I was younger painted in the case liberty but with steiger in white lettering where the case belongs on the hood, I need decals and a model number for it, can anyone help?

I have only found 1 picture of one this liberty with the safari cab but couldn't make out what it said. Any decal leads would be awesome.

Some things need more attention than a classroom full of 2 year olds drinking Red Bull.
