Oh man I'm not even classy enough to have a neighbour with a 4890 that nice. Even if I could muster enough class it would probably look like this.... ...and you bet I'm looking forward to getting my Timmies doughnuts in a box that can be folded into a crown!!! There is a guy that live close to us that has a unit like that except he made it out of a John Deere tractor. I'm not sure of the model of tractor he used because all the tin work is missing like most of his machinery. lol Those were awesome combine back in their day. I still have one tucked away in the bush that is just waiting for me to to call upon to take in the field again. Maybe this year it might get a chance to do some combining in the oats. I am building a 510 western can you gt me some more pictures , so I can get the decals right, Chris

A honey Crueller not a Honey Brown? ;-)
You do have enough projects. I've got a big box here that I keep wondering if I should put into a longer term storage location or if I will need it sometime soon. :-P

I have three priority pieces to build/finish this fall and your name sits beside one of them. Most of it looms on how long it takes me to finish harvest, and the drills I have on the go need to be in my suitcase when I leave for Dyersville. At this point, for you, I'm still hoping for a day early in Jan. :-)

LOL! For what it's worth I haven't even touched my display since... end of May? So I am not missing the stuff on your bench but the box is straight out my bedroom door so I have walked by it about a couple dozen times in the last couple months (no exaggeration, I have only been home about that much this summer!)
Combines are still going west of you so you are not the only one still harvesting.

Chances are you'll be done long before us haha. We got snowed on last week, still got about 15-20,000 (Yes, fifteen to twenty thousand, not hundred) of canola and barley left with our combines. Seems every time we get running we get rain 2 days later.
I'd be tickled to be done before November at this pace.

I am building a 510 western can you gt me some more pictures , so I can get the decals right, Chris My 510 isn't a western special. If I remember right, it was one of the last ones made before massey came out with newer 510. The funny thing is, mine and the new version are basically the same combine. We havent yet found a part from a western special that wont fit ours. Anyways back on subject. I can still take some pictures for you if you want. It might take me awhile since we are in the middle of harvest right.
