I finally found some free time to start building again. (Didn't really need the snow day. ._.) I decided to start on a close replica of our little swather that we use on our farm. Its a 15 foot John Deere 2320 gas swather. I used the base and motor off a old versitile swather that was sitting in the junk yard. (Still have to do some more work to the motor yet). The cab and front wheels came off a JD 7720 combine. The header is all scratch built so far except I might get a reel kit from tractor fab.

If it were me, I would chop 1/4" or so out of the engine, build one from scratch (or print everything but the cab). It is a little out of scale for length. It does look pretty good though.

I probably will scrap it and build the whole thing to look more like the shield work on the 2320. just have to wait for my order of styrene to come.

Not a real fan of the green, but the workmanship is pretty nice. Looks like it turned out okay.
