*edit* Hauling Manure 2009 with video

Well the pit was full and we have 28 acres readily available to spread on so we had to drive the challenger 13 miles to the hog barn and un hook the super coulter then hitch to the tank which we had to take off the clevis hitch on the challenger . Then we hooked the Houle pump to the 5288. We used to put the 4440 on it but we try to keep hours off the good tractors ahahahaha
As of now we are still spreading and planting. we have a little over 20 acres left of corn! ;D for the 18 acres of corn ground with manure on it we are waiting till monday so that it can soak in.

This is a small barn compared to most around here. Its a 1200 head barn. In the near future we hope to build another across the big ditch as you can see in a pic above. We have another set up that holds 400 head. Thanks

Why isn't the 4440 on the pump? The 5288 is better than the 4440.

Don't need to, because I already know the 5288 is better.

Im not bashing IHs engine. The transmisson sucks and the cab layout sucks. You arent going to change my mind about it and the 4440. the 4440 will have way more resale value.

Why not sell or trade in the 5288?

because Money doesnt grow on trees. We are on the look out for a 4450 with fwa or a cheap 4555/4560
