So I finally shelled out the loot to get a nice semi truck for my collection. It's a First Gear, Mack R with a Talbert Lo-Boy trailer. I was just wondering if anyone else has bought or gotten one of these trucks and if so what is your rating on it? I just wanna know if I'm getting a cool truck or if I'm just getting my hopes up...

I picked up 2 of them, they are well worth the money, one of them is getting stretched to get a grain box, the other is going to stay as a tractor, maybe get a bunk and try some weathering, the guy I bought mine from will split the trucks from the trailers so I never got a lowboy, but they look good also.

I put a dcp dump trailer behind mine. I think it looks pretty sharp. That's the tractor I chose with a matching lo-boy. Also thinking of getting a black Wilson grain trailer with an orange tarp. This truck will be the farms work horse when I build my display. |

That would be a good match. I got a couple of those black hopper bottoms as well, mine have black tarps though.
