For build the v8 pulling tractor I plan on using a john Deere 4520 is there ia way I can cut out the engine or should I just cut out the hood grill and engine and leave the dash tower and frame were the engine and hood went and then install the v8 and put a hood I cut off of a john Deere articulated on it?

What style v8 you going for, I built a couple kinze style 5020's using standi v8 kits which just required filling and drilling
