Ordered some parts two weeks ago from these people over the phone.......have not received my parts yet so I call to find out status on order. The woman on the phone was very rude and acted like she was put out trying to find my order......she was a real snot! I ordered parts at same time from bossen implement and received them 3 days later plus they were pleasant on the phone! I will never do business with moore's farm toys again......I'm not one to complain but I wanted everybody to know what crummy attitudes these people have! Luke

Luke I've bought a lot of things from them and they have always gone above and beyond for me. Try emailing them. I always get a very quick response.

They are great to deal with and I know they just got back from the NFMS so just bear with them

I agree, they are great to work with. Bossen gets parts from Moores. Maybe Jeff needed to restock his own supply, before being able to fill your order. Jeff is always busy, but he does take time to answer emails and phone calls. My wife and I stopped in at his place when we were in Ohio and he took well over an hour out of his day to answer questions and give us a tour of his shop. He has always answered all of his emails from me and no one from there has ever been rude to me on the phone.

I've had a similar experience to yours. I've basically swore of Moore's parts at this point. No reason to deal with people who are rude.

I've never had a problem with moores great service his sister is never rude and he will stop what he is doing to talk to me now he has gotten to the point where it is wearing him down so bear with him they will get your order filled

Never dealt with Moore's before, but you are the only person I've heard have a bad word. It's a small business and that can be wearing on people. Take into account certain things, time of day, (I'd be crabby too if you called while I was trying to have some lunch or trying to take a bathroom break or whatever it may have been.), day of week, (I know I'M a bear to deal with on a Monday or Tuesday.), plus you never know what else was going on in THEIR world. All I'm saying is give them a second shot. If it's as bad as the first time, THEN swear off of them.
