So i got into making customized farm toys a couple years ago taken a break for several reasons. getting back to it now and i am really interested in where the best place to buy pickups and other items that havent been customized yet. mainly pickups like 60's to current, from single cab to 4 door models in 1/64 scale. ive got some of the most common 1/64 pickups ertl made when i was a kid and some of the new ones but i see alot of different ones that i never would have thought were made in 1/64 in some of yalls displays. not looking for anything customized already like i said i really want to customize each one my own way. of course ill buy from retailers with custom parts but i have my own visions and ideas how i want to see them. so can anyone help me.

I used to customize a lot of pickups a few years ago. I liked ebay for hotwheels and matchbox stuff that was still in production. Generally if it goes out of production, everything on ebay goes way up. Toy shows are good for discontinued stuff. I remember buying several trucks at a show for 3 bucks when ebay had them for 10 to 20 dollars. Ertl I like to get from places like Bossen Implement and Outback Toys.
You may even check out 3000toys.com I havent browsed their site in a while but they may have some stuff you are looking for.
