It was rough, rough, hinge was warped, paint was chipped, and handrails/ mirrors were all missing

The Steiger III is a Bearcat, but I think the one your asking about is the Steiger CP1400 Panther by Brian Long

Just what is sounds like, Customized is when you start with an Ertl, or something, and detail it, and scratchbuilt is just that, you start from scratch with brass, or styrene, other stuff, and build something.

In this cast it i a hybrid because Mr. Seveson scratchbuilt the front end of the tractor, narrowed the an Ertl rear end. Then when I got it here broken, I customized it further be changing the tire, wheels, and re-detailing it.
