Back to the same old grind in a new year

Well I decided that I wanted to make one of my M2 machines 1959 Chevorlet Apache's with the Napco 4×4 into a farmer's old workhorse. For starters I removed the original floor and tailgate and replaced them with a more appropriate scratch built alternative after which I installed a set of "West coast" towing mirrors, and decided that the farmer replaced the 17" split rims with 16" wagon wheels at some time in the past 56 years.

Not satisfied with the looks of the truck I then decided to add a old spring hitch ag bumper and weather it up.

Here are some pictures of a real 58/59 Apache 4×4 that I used for a weathering reference.

Some things need more attention than a classroom full of 2 year olds drinking Red Bull.
