Pembroke Corn Planting

Over the years I always had corn on the display. The planter never changed, but at times the tractor did. As I played around with other ideas. The planter I always used the Kinze 12 row with interplants. I would get a newer Kinze, but they made it a 16 row. I rather wanted a 12 so it would match up better with the corn headers.

For a while the John Deere 7810 was used. This was their 1st planting tractor.



Later the John Deere 8130 joined the farm. So this was used for a while.





At one time, I even experimented with a Massey 8270.





IF I kept the display going. I would more likely went back to using the JD 8130 or Massey 8270.

The original deere I like the best but that massey looks mean man!

Thanks, it originally had large fat singles on it. So I took some tires off a CIH and use them for rears. Since the fronts was already fat. I think it really helped it out. It has no issues putting that 200+ HP to the ground.
