With a major fire headed our way the Chief choose to use Professor Johnson's place as a staging area, and a command post. We had a brief meeting before dividing up, and hitting it head on.
Redlands had their supply pumper hooked up to our well head to fill tankers.
They are coming down the lane just as fast as they can.
Just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, Kelly came flying into the Command post to tell them there is Tornado Activity coming to the area.
Over at CRR, The Assist. Chief stopped up at the house to pickup some meals that Mrs. Johnson, and the other church ladies had made to take to the Firefighters out in the field. With a note on the bags that read God Speed, and God Bless.
