With heavy storms on the horizon it was all a rush to get the trailer load of replacement heifers for a family farm buyer in South Carolina, before the really heavy stuff started to come down. Over at CRR, the Johnson's are on vacation, so Tommy, and Lisa are staying in the main house, they were checking out the skyline when Val & Amy Castor pulled in the drive, and saying they may want to go to the station, and grab a truck just in case. So they returned to watching the storm now just leaning against the front bumper of the new Brush Truck. Down on the Dairy, with all the rain, all the equipment is just sitting in the yard, the most happening thing this week was Jim having to move some trucks for the City Trash Truck to empty the dumpster. Over at Jimmy Red's, Jimmy has been fighting with his lawn mower all week trying to get the law mowed in between the rain storms before it is 6 feet high. Jimmy asked JW to come over, and take a look at it. With no good answer in sight, JW loaned him the old Farmall H mower, until they can figure out the spark issue.
