With the rain still coming, JW pulled the Mowers up to the shop to have them ready to roll when it does stop long enough to make hay. With it raining most of the work on the Farm has just been in the shop, this week they are working on Kevin's Chevy's Trans issue, plus a neighboring Department truck took water up to the hood on a call, and is now not running.
Over at CRR Tommy's parents are back in town for a visit, Lisa was tell his mom how the farm is only about 25% finished planting. While Tommy shows his Dad his latest project truck.
Down on the Dairy Tommy, and Larry interviewed a new to OSU from Louisiana Grad Student Transfer looking for work during the day. Then hosted the Mutual Aid Chiefs meeting in the with the guest speaker was a guy from a post rail accident response team.
Over at Jimmy Red's he moved some of his cattle to a smaller pasture without flooding, and took some bales out to supplement the grass. As a leap of hope, he did pull the baler up to the shop to make sure it is good to go for at least another season.
