With it still being so dry, and all the wheat harvest still going on we have been out chasing field fires, we had actually just cleared from one over in Dinsdale, when we got a call on another over on Old Mill Creek, it looked like a parade with all the different departments responding.
On the way back to the station I snapped a couple of shots of a farmer still out running.
Over at CRR Lisa was out playing with the new toy drilling in second crop bean, when Tommy razzed here if she thought the tractor could handle it, just laughed it off, and said yep, plus the AC was super cold.
Down on the Dairy wheat harvest is officially in the books, with just over 3500 acres done.
Over at Jimmy Red's, Ben was running to the Mill when the GMC Astro gave out, he had to call B+E Towing to get the whole rig home.
At the Thin Blue Line Stables, Connighar took is two week Vacation that he always does to haul wheat to market for Werner Trucking.
