This week in the town of Redlands, with the off and on rain, there is not much farm related going on it was time for some fun, a group of us, made the run down to Silverleaf, and shot some sporting Clays, and Trap. And in the Evening we went fishing, and caught enough to have a nice fish fry for dinner, right at the lake. Sunday morning we helped JW loud up some of the Bulls to take to OSU for Testing, and collecting. Over at CRR, with all the rain Jon, and Mike had to clean out the drainage to stop it from backing up. Down on the Dairy, they had to bale up some hay that had got wet, with the plans to feed it out immediately. Over at Jimmy Red's they had to make a run to the Mill, for some more feed. At the Thin Blue Line Stables, Connighar hauled the deer stand back to the homestead, so they wouldn't have to bale hay around it. Probably the biggest new worthy piece in the area this week was an New Ford Ranger was pulled over for illegal window tint, it was so dark that the first officer call for additional back up. It turn out to just be an "Ertl Executive" for Iowa, that just doesn't care.
