Hey Guys I have just seen the new John Deere 4630 self propelled sprayer it didnt even have the 4630 decals on it yet just John Deere. It toured southern Georgia and the last stop was our local dealership. It was only there for about 7 hrs. before they hit the interstate going back to deere headquarters. I have 4 pictures on my phone but do not have a usb cord to plug into my phone. If anyone would like for me to txt the pictures to them to post on here just email me at allen07@directv.net

I have seen the ads. It looks as if this is what will replace the 6700? It will be nice to have a small sprayer from deere that offers 4wd but with the price of the 4730s idk if anyone that small time can afford it. Thats what was nice about the 6700s, they were affordable.

I had a buddy go look at it, he sent me a pic. It was in Douglas, GA at the time. I intended to go look at it but got held up at the farm. I heard it was suppose to stop at Lasseters, I'm guessing thats the dealer you were referring to? It looked like at a good replacement for a 6500/6700. I personally am partial to the 4710 and the 4720, however a few 4730s are starting to appear around. Ryan (HTF)  |

There is no way that it can take over for the 6700 due to the price. The 6700 had 15+ year old technology in it but it was a new machine. there for you get a new machine with not alot of frills resulting in a cheap sprayer. this will just be a tad cheaper then the 4730s

ya deere is pushing it as a narrow row sprayer i was told it suposed to take the place of the 6700
