WOW!!! Sure outdid me, Austin! LOL I really like how it is laid out. Not cramped at all and lots of grass. Looks very natural. I think you may need a support structure for the downspout leading to the flat storage, but other than that looks very functional. Can you store seed wheat in the same system as the other grain?

Yeah i will need a support structure for the long downspout, possibly even something from the ground up???
I am not sure on the seedwheat, I dont know how easy/difficult it is to clean out stuff so I have yet to decide...

Yeah, I was thinking from the ground up. You'll need support on all the downspouts, but If you have a 200 some foot span, I think you'll need a support tower... Oh and did you mean 16 #21 bins instead of #30s? (P.S. you only have 14 shown)
;D Just HAD to nit pick.. LOL!

You know what jay Im not really sure, i could have sworn those were 30s but i guess not As you can see I have a lot of things to figure out.... I changed it so many times I lost count so yes 14 21's would be correct. although I wish I knew how much the extra ring added to them?? Heres a few ideas for it that i have been pondering: keep the #42's, loadout bin, and bunker as they are. Set up the small bins on their own air system?? Move the grain leg so that the spouts dont have to be as long possibly change a few other things, idk??? I dont have the time to mess around with it anymore, fertilizing is almost here!!! Ethan, take a "screen shot", on your keyboard it should say something along the lines of screenshot or print screen on a key. Press that, past it into PAINT, cut all the extra junk off of the outside, and then save. I will also see about getting a picture of that tool I used to unplug the disk, worked pretty good.

Haha, don't feel bad. I revise systems several times beofre they are done. Yours is the best plan of a system that I've seen, not to mention how unique it is. I like the system the way it is, but I also liked your last design with the small bins in the half circle arrangement, but I don't know if your space would allow that. If this is all the space you want to give up for the system, I'd say keep it as is..

this thing is already like 4 X 9 or 4 X 10 feet I did some figuring on an almost full circle setup but was surprised to see how much room they take up they only work good for if you just have a bin site and need somewhere to turn around... I have another surprise in the works for some of you fans of harvest equipment, cant let the cat out of the bag just yet though

You youngsters sure do a good job designing all these grain storeage systems/plans. With all these bins, I would think you could use this as a storeage site for farmers that contracted grain. You wouldn't even have to farm but just a little bit. Those computer programs sure sound awesome. EVK

Evk, there is actually someone up the road doing just that. They dont even have any farm ground but they put up 10 new 20,000 BU bins last year and are putting up more this year. They made two mistakes: A: The layout basically prevents any chances of ever adding a grain leg. B. it takes up a huge amount of room because of the way they did it.

Thats what goes on here. My uncle is actually contracted onto a bigger farmer for grain and corn. He takes it all to his grain storage during the winter when the larger farmer has the space.
