Smaller equipment, nothing bigger than 175 HP probably. Mostly older Agco. IDK on a combine yet though. The JD Titans were popular round here, but yet I think the MF 860's were more popular till this year when all the farmers traded em in...... (every new MF combine that went into the dealer had a trade in on either a 860 or something like it, they have 6 of em right now, lol) All depends on what I feel like building and such I guess, lol.

The one thing I suggest, and that I've noticed people comment on in the past, is vary your acreage, dont have "rounded off numbers" such as 50, 75, 100 etc, have something like 113 wheat, 259 corn, and ___ beans. Sounds like a good plan, I'd like to see some AGCO stuff running! Maybe a White would be good for this farm?

White is not popular round here, but I would consider it.

Here, i'll give you some ideas. I know your building a MF tractor, so we will use that.
So here is a line up i think you might like,
AC 7580 - 4wd (main tillage and grain cart) 2255 Oliver - MFWD, cab, removable duals (tillage) MF ? - the one your building (planting, gravity wagons) MF 3070 or something of that size - 2wd or FWA (auger, bush hog) White 2-155 - MFWD, cab, removable duals (tillage, planting)
Hows that for a line up?
if it was a dairy i would make the 7580 with removable duals, as you can run a pull type chopper during the fall in corn ground. The 2255 would be on the blower all the time. The 2-155 would be on the chopper in the summer and part of the spring. and the MF would run wagons. Hows that sound for a dairy?

I do like it! But I will revise it alittle bit.
-MF 2775 (since Im working on one right now)- main tillage, gravity wagons (its what my uncle uses on his wagons, lol) and most famrs dont use grain carts here......lol. -Ford 9600-ROPs, removable duals-tillage -MF 1080-ROPs, singles, planting, also will move grain carts around the farm, brush hog -Ford 9n-auger (augers are not big, my uncle uses a MF 25hp), mowing the lawn -Allis Chalmers D-19, cab, planting, dryer.
I will make the 2775 on chopper duty also, it will have removable duals. The D19 could run wagons or whatever we feel should run wagons, lol.

Sounds good. i think it needs a Oliver in there. a 1950T or a 2255 would really set the farm off. Western NY is full of, Whites, Olivers, MM and some AC tractors. JD, CIH and IH are also around here a lot. Western PA i know has a lot of the smaller HP IH, CIH, JD, AC, MM, Olivers and Whites. So i thougth i would see what you thought about it. But i like your line up. its good. Will you have silos for your hay and corn, you will need a blower and a tractor to run that. The 9600 Ford should do the trick or the D-19 AC will work just as well.

I forgot about the blower, lol.....we will probably do the normal fo rthis area of PA, corn, soybeans, and winter wheat. Where Im at in western PA (Mercer, County) There was really only 4 dealers really. A MF dealer (still there), A AC dealer (still there) A IH dealer (closed last year due to owner's death) And a Deutz Allis dealership (Really was never a huge dealership for selling tractors.....still around, but mainly mechanic's for Detroit Diesel and Deutx Diesel) JD has never hit it "big" here..........
Also, tonight I spent 2 hours cleaning up the old display to get ready for the new.........it will be awhile, I still need to get foam board from HD yet....
