I got this in an email a while back from a source. So I thought I would post it up.
sp chopper, air drill and big baler in 2010. A 24 planter is on the way for 2011. They are not green or orange. Also look for a 5488 and 1066.
The big baler has already came out. But like I said I got the email a month or so before the Nationals. So they was right on the baler. But as all rumors take it lightly and sit back. To wait to see what comes out.

Van Kley's say there is a 5488 on the way in Sept. of 2010 as a State tractor. The 5488 rumor might be true after all. Now the 1066, i'll wait to see if that does come true. i would like to upgrade my 1/64 1066s.

Your right they do list it as a State tractor. So more than likely there will be a regular self versions.
I am sure the rest will come out in due time. I do know the news on the big baler was old news since I saw it on the list before the Nats hit.

The planter was announced by Dan Miner of SpecCast at the TTT dinner I heard about that, but still I had the list like a month before that. I posted it on another forum like a week or so before the Nats. So even then the word was out. I just finally came around to be on this one. More than likely I will pass on the CIH 24 row planter. I already have a JD CCS 24row. I am not a big fan of CIH planters. The guys in my area runs JD for planters. I hadn't saw a red planter in action in my area in over 15 years.

You will get the new release flyer soon. To me it don't really matter what comes first. Think you could be in worse shape, not getting nothing from your brand. Like I have, but I will leave it at that. (I can't talk about that much, due to many thinks I whine and cry over it every time I mention it. )

And on top of that its not Ertl's choice. The OEM's control when the catolog n everything else is released. So tis not ertls fault. Blame yer beloved IH

Hi
The CIH 24 row planter sounds nice! I Really Wish Kinze Mfg would change there minds and allow Spec Cast to do a Kinze 24 or 36 row planter!! I would buy a Kinze 24 row planter ahead of the CIH.

I agree with Jason I wouldn't mind seeing more Kinze planters. There is 1 or 2 running around in my area. So they managed to get some sold down my way. I love their split row they did a while back. I would love to see more of their planters.
Most of the farmers here runs JD. However like I said I have saw a couple Kinzes, and a few Whites.

Its up to Kinze to change their minds according to Dan. He really hopes they do because he sees alot of sales potential
