It is January here at Hill 'N' Dale Farms and we are focusing on our heifer facility... at this place, we feed around 400 heifers, from yearlings to pregnet heifers.. once they become pregnet they get moved back to the farm to be moved in with the dry cows until they freshen up...... here is the overview of the heifer facility: here is the Equipment in the lean-to in there is the JD 544G payloader, the JD 700 mixer grinder, the JD 780 hydro-push spreader, MX110 on a knight 3030 mixer, and the white 160 on the knight 8018 side slinger Here is the farms Black Dodge truck plowing out the way today is rotation day so we are moving heifers into and out of the barn... here is the truck waiting for the barn to get cleaned out before we put heifers in.. and take some out.. got to get the hungry animals fed... here is the payloader and mixer getting it done.. and here is the Case IH 1845C cleaning the barn and putting it in the spreader.... questions, comments, or conserns is always welcome Thanks for looking..
