80's Acres- Spring 2010

The spring of 2010 has been awesome on 80's acres. Planting way earier than last year, and its been considerably warmer. We have got all our sping tillage done. The Tiger and 1156 pulled the F/C's great. Our wheat is 75% planted, and corn is starting good.

Fired up the K100 and 379 we were storing to get the Panther out.



Went over to grab the Melroe Multi-weeder. Had to check the tines out and make sure everything is still good.



8103 went out to spread some fertilizer. Didnt get a chance to get it done last fall with it being so wet.

Panther went out to bury the fertilizer and get the field all ready to seed.




7080 brought the drill out and got to work.



185 sitting around

3294 went out to do a small 25 acre field by the river

White 2-155 went by on the way to do some burn down.

1156 leaving to go till some bean ground

Very nice journal. I always enjoy seeing your display. Your equipment is awesome. I like that old Allis with the stadium lights. I looks like my father in law's 7045. Keep up the great work.

80's acres looks pretty rad (ok my lame attempt to sound like the 80's). Is the grain drill a IH 620? How did you build it?

Yeah its a 620. Its 2 standi "green" drills stuck together with a transport.
