We have been staying busy around the farm this month. We started disking some corn ground that we grazed over the winter. We had the 535 and 9530 on the disks this year. We were rolling good then it rained last week. So we moved to shop work and fence fixing. We put the planters in the shop to start getting them ready to roll. If it drys up we will be planting next week. We also have the NH3 applicator in the shop getting it ready to roll. Some of the corn ground is going to get NH3 put on it. We have also been working on another little shop project. There will be more to come on this later. Once it dried up a little bit we got back to fixing fence. The blowing snow was a little rough on some of the older fence this winter. We had one half mile stretch that was along a wheat field that was basically leveled. So the guys took the 4010 and the digger over and rebuilt that stretch. We have some hedge rows on the farm so on the muddy days we cut some hedge posts as well. It can be a rotten job. They are thorny nasty trees to deal with once in a while. Ready to go fix some fence. Once some of the pastures were ready we worked and hauled some pairs out to grass. Here is a load heading out of the yard on the ground load. We are hoping to put some corn in the ground this week if it stays dry. It is fixing to get really busy around the farm. That is all for now. Question and comments welcome.

Really like the journal Clayton. Those trucks are eye catching. That 88 89? Chevy dually flatebed is something different. I'm sure you'll have plenty of us for it out there. Keep up the great work.

Thanks. The the old Chevy in the shop is a dream project I think would be neat to do. It is a 79 cab and fenders put on a 91 to 93 Dodge frame with a Cummins engine.

I like how you use the real pics of real stuff in your journal, and your Chevy looks awesome

The Chevy is a matchbox. My wife found it at walmart a while back. I have been looking for one ever since and can't find anymore. They are on ebay but they cost a lot more on there. It was like 3 dollars at walmart.

I just cut the foamboard with a straight edge and a utility knife.
