well on big e farms nothing much has happened since we planted wheat a few months ago. cotton harvest is about ready to start here.
our new talbert lowboy showed up a few days before the picker was to be in to be demoed.
now its time to go get the red picker.
then we got a call that made me extremely mad. our green picker suddendly shows up out of nowhere to be demoed and it wasnt suppossed to be here for another week.
next day
me and jerry head to the field to try out the new pickers. jerry is in the deere while im in the case.

we like the ability of the deere picker to just drop the module.
with the red picker, it takes a bit longer...

the 625 Module Express!
the 7760 goes down the road a ways for another farmer to demo
now i have to haul some cardboard bales.
both machines ran better than we expected.we liked the quickness of unloading the modules over the red picker but we had to go with the red because the nearest cotton gin dont except round bales because they dont have the equipment to process them with, and the nearest gin that does have this machinery i think is at least an hour away. this will be the first piece of red equipment on Big E Farms since we have started and look forward to demoing and possibly doing busniess with them in the near furture.
