They run forever.. Ive been told this tractor hasnt been touched repair wise.. Well I guess he said he put new injectors and a injection pump but other then that I believe its got original clutch, pistons, head, and block.. Got 9400 hrs on it and its still chuggin along.. Youll never see a newer style 2010 tractor around in 30yrs.. Wont happen.. haha

4440 are darn good tractors. My uncle has a 4430 with around 14000 hours on it. It is still going. It has never had the head off. It has had the rear diff replaced a couple times though.

My uncles farm has a JD 4440 and a 4430. They are beasts, almost all original except both have chrome exhasts. They have been beaten on alot. Under heavy load they smoke alot of black soot. I love those tractors. They have over 3500 hrs on after they over hauled it.

We got a 4650, all we've done is buy a new gas tank cap (long story, I forgot to put it back on then we went down the road) And we added a third hydraulic remote for our air seeder.

I took alittle to get use to at first because both handles are for different thinks compared to the common skid steer.. the left handle does all the movement of it( foward, back, left right) and the other runs the bucket.. So there is no foot controls all hand.. After I got use to it I loved it.. Much more faster the moving you feet..
