I thought it would be neat to see what brands of tractors people see around the areas they live in. No brand bashing or brand wars as per forum rules please. In my area it's mostly John Deere and IH, followed by almost any brand you can think of.

It depends around here. If you live in the northern half of the county towards the case dealer, we use case. If you live in the southern half by the deere dealer, you use deere. People don't really travel far to get equipment around here.

95% Deere. Too good of dealers to go elsewhere. Everything else is Case or Agco. Trey

Around here: everyone has a New Holland. We have a deere, agco, new holland and case dealer within 5 miles, all of them are really good dealers. But most guys still prefer NH as their dealer has had the same owner for about 45 years, and he is a really good guy.

Locally it would be about 60% CIH, 20% JD and 20% AGCO + misc. Next county over there is about 70% JD, 20% CIH, 9% AGCO and 1% Challenger (only seen one)

We have bout 60% Massey, the rest is mostly o,d Intl's. Theres 1 farm with Case, 1 farm with Deere, and 1 farmwith mixed brands except JD. Massey dominates the area around here since theres only 1 dealership in a good 20-30 mile radius of here and its Massey Sean

I am guessing in this area it is probably 60% Deere, 30% Case IH, and 10% other.

IH dealer in town and a Deere dealer in the other and a CAT dealer in the other. We farm in the triangle between them. Also alot of New Holland as that dealer is right across the river.
